Booking procedure
1. Select the tour/cruise which you want to book
2. Use the form below the tour/cruise to send us your booking
3. 24 hours after you have sent us your booking (working days) we will send you our booking confirmation/invoice
4. After we have received the payment, we will send you the ticket(s) to participate at the tour/cruise

Terms of payment
Upon receipt of the invoice/booking confirmation the total cost will be payable. This amount will be payable to iWagner UG (haftungsbeschränkt) within one week of booking.
If the deposit or the total payment is late, and after a reminder has been issued, we are entitled to cancel the booking and demand compensation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Changes to the terms of payment will be subject to written notification from iWagner UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
Cancellation policy
In the event of a reduction in the number of participants, or in total cancellation of the tour/cruise, iWagner UG (haftungsbeschränkt)is entitled to claim the following amounts, given as a percentage of the total cost (on receipt of written confirmation of the cancellation by the customer):
Up to 30 days before travel: 20% of the total cost
22 - 29 days before travel: 25% of the total cost
15 - 21 days before travel: 30% of the total cost
8 - 14 days before travel: 55% of the total cost
1 - 7 days before travel: 75% of the total cost
On the day of travel or on non-arrival: 90% of the total cost

The company reserves the right to alter or cancel this Excursion according to prevailing weather conditions. In this event a full compensation of the total amount will be granted.
